Description
7" x 17" x 1.5" slab of natural Cedar or Alder woods. Use this tray in a conventional oven to impart a woodsy essence to any meat or vegetable. Traditionally used by Northwest natives to roast fillets of salmon. A lovely way to cook and present food. Comes with instructions for use.
